Welcome to Turing Academics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our tutoring services ("Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Turing Academics provides personalized online tutoring services for English and Math, specifically for students in Grades 1-6. The specific curriculum, schedule, and goals will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of tutoring sessions.

2. Payment and Billing

Monthly Subscriptions: Our tutoring services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are processed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.

Late Payments: Failure to pay fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of tutoring services.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: If you choose to stop immediately mid-month, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the month (e.g., a half-month refund) may be issued at our discretion. Otherwise, services continue until the month end with no refund.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

Missed Sessions: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Make-up Classes: We will do our best to accommodate make-up sessions for excused absences, subject to tutor availability.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your child's educational data. All personal information and academic records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive conduct by students or parents will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turing Academics strives to provide high-quality educational support. However, we do not guarantee specific academic results (e.g., grades, test scores). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services during the one (1) month period prior to any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
